About Bart Hermsen
Bart Hermsen is Managing Director of Hermsen CS. His career in human capital recruitment started in 1990 when he founded the company Lech Engineering. After he sold this company he set up and managed as County Director Germany for Glotel PLC (Now Adecco). A company specialised in contract and permanent staffing in IT and telecom specialists.
Bart is specialised in HR- and recruitment projects such as Learning and Development, Comp & Ben policies, Labour Law and Competence Development.
He is member of the Mentoring Pool for Radboud University Alumni and partner in Gelderland Valoriseert. Bart studied Law in Nijmegen and followed several business related graduate programmes at the Business University of Nyenrode and Open University.
